Welcome to APCoinsAndCollectibles.com A P Coins & Collectibles, LLC ("A P Coins & Collectibles") provides website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at APCoinsAndCollectibles.com, you accept these terms and conditions. Please allow us a few moments of your time to review the terms and conditions of our service. Also, when you use any current or future A P Coins & Collectibles service or business (e.g., Your Profile, Wish List, Gift Cards, etc.) you also will be subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

First, a few definitions of terms found herein: 

"Seller" shall be A P Coins & Collectibles, its members, directors, officers or employees (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our") that are duly authorized to deal in precious metals. 

"Buyer" shall be the individual, corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, partnership, or other entity purchasing precious metal products from us (hereinafter "customer", "buyer", "you" or "your"). 

"Payer" is the individual or entity submitting payment for any order conducted through our website or as a point of sale, in person, purchase. 

"Method of Payment" means those methods we make available to you to pay us for your order, subject to certain terms and conditions and may be changed at our sole discretion. 

"Business Days" means the normal workdays Monday through Friday inclusive, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and federal statutory holidays. 

"Bullion" implies any non-denominated bar/round or other similar product that does not assign a legal tender value. 

"Sovereign" refers to any traditional government issued coin such as Britannia's, Silver Eagles, Maple Leafs, Libertads, Pandas, etc. 

RIGHTS RESERVED 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we exercise this right, we will cancel your order, including the shipment of same, and we will notify you and refund any monies paid to us. 

We reserve the right to reject any late or otherwise underfunded payment(s). 

We reserve the right to permanently close the account of any buyer we deem to be abusive or remiss regarding any of our Terms. 

We reserve the right to change our Terms at any time, without advance notice. 

Transacting with us provides consent to receive to our periodic email newsletter. You may opt out at any time with the unsubscribe link in the footer section of the newsletter. We frequently post market related news, discounts, and upcoming releases on our social media business pages. 

GENERAL TERMS 

Unless otherwise noted, all products listed on our website are in-stock and available for immediate delivery. 

All of our products (Bullion, Sovereign Coins or Collector Sets) are in mint condition unless expressly described in the listing. Buyer acknowledges that even newly minted or uncirculated products may exhibit minor manufacturing defects on the specimen or the accompanying packaging. 

All products are 100% guaranteed authentic. 

There are no minimum order requirements. 

A P Coins & Collectibles guarantees three (3) business day shipping for in-stock products after receipt of payment. If we're late, and at our discretion, you may receive a $10 A P Coins & Collectibles gift card/credit to your account. 

At our discretion, we may request proof of identification prior to fulfilling high-value orders or new Buyer transactions where a credit card is used for payment. 

Any issues with received orders (damaged goods, missing items, etc.) must be reported within fourteen (14) business days from the delivered date as indicated in the shipment tracking history. 

Taxes and duties and any fees imposed by the carrier for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please understand your local regulations regarding the importation of foreign goods prior to purchase. 

Any orders "refused upon delivery" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs. 

A P Coins & Collectibles fully insures all orders to the destination address provided during checkout. For international Buyers using third-party shipping services, our financial interest/obligation to your shipment is concluded once items are handed over to your continuing service provider. 

For sales within Colorado, investment grade gold and platinum (99.5%) and silver (99.9%) are tax exempt. All other products are subject to 5% GST and any applicable provincial sales tax. 

We are not a financial planning institution. Precious metals is a very dynamic and volatile industry and we accept zero financial/legal liability for any losses incurred when investing in any of our product offerings. 

PAYMENT TERMS 

All transactions are on APCoinsAndCollectibles.com are in United States dollars. A P Coins & Collectibles accepts payment in US currency, cashier’s checks, personal checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express), and PayPal. Personal checks are subject to a possible ten (10) business day hold before delivery of merchandise. There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks or credit card charge backs. Buyer shall be accountable for all state and or local sales taxes in Colorado. To qualify for exemption from such taxes Buyer must provide resale or exemption certificate or alternate proof of exemption. 

Full payment is due within five (5) business days from order placement. 

For all payments, whether by cash, check or other electronic methods, account holder and payer information must be in agreement. We cannot accept third-party payments on behalf of another Buyer. Any such payments received will be returned and the order cancelled. 

Payments via PayPal must be from verified accounts only, no exceptions. 

First time orders using a credit card may be subject to additional identification verification.

A P COINS & COLLECTIBLES BULLION & SOVEREIGN PRICING 

Our business model does not employ live spot market pricing for Bullion or Sovereign products due to the limited resources available for the hedging activity that live market pricing requires. For these products, we employ a "fire and forget" pricing strategy. We add a small dealer margin to our cost and once listed, the price for these items is not actively managed. As such, our prices can be higher (or lower) than other dealers depending on market conditions. 

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. 

With respect to items sold by A P Coins & Collectibles, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

We will accommodate any request for cancellation if your order has not already shipped. Contact us with your order information and we will cancel the transaction. For any received payments, we will refund immediately, no fuss, no fees, and no hard feelings. 

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our regular return policy and conditions. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do not offer any direct exchanges at this time. 

A P Coins & Collectibles offers a limited return policy as a courtesy to its Buyers on most products. Coin cleaners and other chemicals cannot be returned as we cannot be assured that they have not been contaminated. Software cannot be returned as we cannot be assured that it has not been downloaded and installed. For all other products, A P Coins & Collectibles must be notified of any return by contacting A P Coins & Collectibles within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the condition of the merchandise until it is safely returned to A P Coins & Collectibles. All returns will be void if the returned item(s) have been damaged or otherwise modified from their original condition as shipped to the Buyer. All items sold to Buyer with outer retail packaging must be returned with the outer packaging intact and in good condition. A P Coins & Collectibles does not refund postage and handling charges or Buyer’s shipping costs to return item(s) to A P Coins & Collectibles (unless prior agreement has been made with Buyer). For items returned in resalable condition, no restocking charges will apply however there may a deduction for outbound shipping costs if a promotional shipping rate was selected on the order. 

Returns are accepted for applicable products and must be completed within fourteen (14) business days from receipt. Buyers are required to notify A P Coins & Collectibles within five (5) business days the intent to return an item after which, return instructions and terms of the refund will be provided. 

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer unless there was an error in the processing of your order, in which case, return shipping will be paid for by A P Coins & Collectibles. 

All packaging and contents must be original, complete and without damage. A P Coins & Collectibles assumes no obligation to accept or reimburse items lost or damaged during return shipping. Tracked and insured shipping is highly recommended for all returns. 

OUR RETURN EXCEPTIONS 

Due to the volatile market pricing of precious metals, A P Coins & Collectibles does not accept returns on "Bullion" or "Sovereign" products and as such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Cancellations or returns will not be accepted on special order items. 

All clearance item sales are final and not eligible for return.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS 

When you visit APCoinsAndCollectibles.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PRE & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS 

Items are available for purchase but will not ship to the Buyer until we have received them from the mint. Regular payment and refund terms apply. We will provide the best time frame for when these orders ship, based on manufacturer estimates. Orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items will ship only when all items become available. 

A P Coins & Collectibles assumes no direct responsibility for pre-order items delayed due to mint shipping delays or manufacturing constraints that are beyond our control. We will of course any honor any requests to cancel and refund an order whenever a delivery estimate exceeds Buyer needs or expectations. 

WEBSITE USAGE DISCLAIMERS 

In no event will A P Coins & Collectibles be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
